Deliveries

All deliveries will be dispatched using our preferred courier, FedEx. FedEx deliveries Nationwide and offers a next business day delivery service. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

All online orders completed before 12pm (midday) will receive their consignment on the next business day. If the cut off period is missed, you will receive your consignment the following day.

Consignments delivered to Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland will be delivered within 2 business days.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted by a member of staff.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. SW Autoworx will not be held liable for late deliveries or packages damaged in transit. This must be taken up with the courier.

We will not send any liquid or aerosol products to any of the Off-Shore Islands within the United Kingdom due to Dangerous Goods regulations. Your order will be refunded in this instance.

We are unable to send any of our products to The Channel Islands due to zero vat transactions.

Returns

If for any reason You wish to cancel your order with us please send an e-mail to sales@swautoworx.co.uk. We can cancel the order at any time so long as the goods haven’t been dispatched.

In the event that your order has been dispatched, you can return the goods within 30 days . The goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you. When we receive the goods we will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the goods only.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
