We offer a range of different options when it comes to prevention of rust and corrosion.
We have varying methods of preparation as well as purpose built facilities so that coatings can be applied inside and left to cure to ensure maximum protection.
Underbody Coatings
As a IGL Master Detailer we have completed the relevant certifications to giving us access to some phenomenal protective coatings perfectly suited to protect areas of cars, motorbikes, agricultural and industrial equipment.

Protect your assets from the harmful effects of corrosion with IGL Coatings Ecoclear Aegis.
A unique anti-corrosion clear coating system formulated with graphene nano-tubes and a silicone hybrid resin-based 2-component (2K) paint system.

Specifically designed to withstand high corrosive environments (C5). With up to 6,000 hours of testing in a salt spray machine (approximately 30 years in a non-marine environment), Aegis provides hydrophobic, self-cleaning, lightweight, and durable protection with minimal signs of degradation.
As a unique anti-corrosion clear coating system, signs of corrosion is detected immediately, allowing early preventive measures. Saving time, costs, and accidents.

Dry Ice Cleaning
​​Dry ice cleaning is a powerful, non-abrasive method of removing dirt, grime, grease, and other contaminants using compressed air and dry ice pellets. Unlike traditional cleaning methods, dry ice sublimates (turns directly from solid to gas), leaving no moisture, residue, or abrasive media behind.

Post coating application we recommend an annual inspection so we can provide updates on the condition of the vehicle and reapply product where needed - annual inspections are £40 + VAT​
PLEASE NOTE INSPECTIONS ARE NOT A SAFETY INSPECTION. We provide our advice on what we believe the underbody condition is and recommend what service would be most suitable. If we spot something we feel is unsafe, we will advise of this BUT we are not MOT Testers and this should then be swiftly taken to a mechanic or MOT Tester for inspection and fixing. By booking this service, you accept that these are our terms and we do not take responsibility should something unsafe be found.
Bilt Hamber Wax Protection
From £395 + VAT
Our Entry Underbody Protection Package utilises a Bilt Hamber Extreme Anti-Corrosive Wax depending on the vehicle. A short-medium term option.
Dynax-UC is a new high-performance anti-corrosion wax that provides a low film thickness, almost transparent protective shield. It’s firm, wax-like film is rich in unique metal-seeking corrosion inhibitors that halt existing and prevent new corrosion. This product can be applied to bare metal or painted surfaces, anywhere where a discrete and powerful inhibitor is needed.
Dynax-UC is completely safe to use on the vast majority of paint coatings and is ideal where dark coloured waxes or underseal would detract from the painted finish of vehicle bodywork or underside.

Its a tough coating offering a resilience to chemical, water and heat, meaning it can be cleaned in the future too. (This includes half a day prep, additional time to prep will be billed at 40 per hour)

IGL Aegis Underbody Protection Package

Our Aegis Underbody Protection Package utilises our flagship and award winning protective coating, IGL Coatings Aegis. This product is a C5 rated Anti-Corrosive, utlising graphene technology to give it incredible strength and durability. ​
This package includes a through deep clean of underneath, high pressure air blower removing loose dirt, grime and surface rust, preparation and application of IGL Aegis.
(Includes basic prep, Dry Ice Cleaning is additional)​

Extras
From £40 / Hour + VAT

​Surface Rust - removal and treatment (where required) of surface rust. Using various wire wheels and brushes to removal and prepare for your relevant coating. (billed for time and materials)

Undertray removal/re-install challenges - we factor in a set amount of time for remove and re-installation for the under trays, however sometimes fixtures/fittings require more time to remove due to corroded screw/bolts/fixtures. We will advise about this ASAP and this is billed as for time and materials used. ​

Cavity Wax Injection - Priced from £200 plus VAT - Application of Bilt Hamber UC or S50 into sills, arches, rear arches and chassis rails.

Arch Liner Removal - as per above we do not include arch liner removal, we can remove these which is billed per hour. For Dry Ice & Aegis package we include removal but if there are failed fixings, this will call into the additional charges as mentioned above.
